Bissell recalls more than 1.7M Omni Steam Shot steam cleaners after hundreds injured

Bissell is recalling over 1.7 million Omni Steam Shot steam cleaners due to concerns that their attachments can detach, causing hot water or steam to be sprayed onto users. The model numbers affected are "4155, 4155L, 4161, 4171L, and 4171F". The recalled steam cleaners were sold at Target, Walmart, and other retailers from October 2024 to March 2026.
