28-year-old man arrested in connection with fatal hit-and-run crash

28-year-old Daniel King has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Lubbock, Texas. The incident occurred after an investigation and an autopsy revealed that 51-year old Shane Bowen was hit by a car. King is being charged with failure to stop and render aid resulting in death.
