Elyria man arrested for 7th OVI in Westlake

An unidentified 46-year-old man from Elyria was arrested for his seventh OVI in Westlake, Ohio. The driver had a suspended license due to prior traffic violations without insurance and was unable to remove his ID from his wallet. He was pulled over for questioning and refused a field sobriety test. The man was held in jail until Monday, when he waived his preliminary hearing.
