Police arrested a 37-year-old man after he allegedly threatened people with an apparent gun in Seattle's Roosevelt neighborhood. The man, who appeared to be under a mental health crisis or under the influence of an unknown substance, refused to comply with officers' commands and was taken into custody with an armored vehicle. Police also recovered a "realistic black BB gun" from the vehicle. The suspect is being questioned for several charges including felony harassment and possession of a stolen vehicle.
