New Hampshire Democratic Rep. Karen Ebel has vetoed a proposal to establish a collection and recycling program for paint cans, aimed at reducing waste. The bill, which passed the House last year and passed the Senate, would have funded the program through a fee assessed on the cans. However, Governor Rick Rick Rickard responded by comparing it to a sales tax.
