Bethesda's sci-fi RPG "Starfield" is set to be released on PlayStation 5 on April 7, following two years of being an Xbox console exclusive. The game will be available for purchase on all platforms, with a permanent price drop of $49.99 on all versions of the game set to match the launch price on PS5. Two major DLC releases for Starfield, "Terran Armada" and "Free Lanes" will be released simultaneously, adding new quests and the ability to fly between planets. The first paid DLC will add a new major questline that will see players travelling across the Settled Systems. The second will be free to all players and add features such as navigation and exploration.
