Prince Louis, the youngest child of Kate Middleton and Prince William, has turned 8th birthday. The couple posted a new portrait of him on Instagram, tagging Matt Porteous as the photographer. The photo was taken during a boat ride. Louis has a reputation for being cheeky at public events, often stealing the show during his family's Christmas walk at Sandringham. The parents are also the parents of Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 10.
