Lincoln Police are seeking information about two separate cases of assault and hit-and-run. The first incident occurred on March 22 at the Cascade Fountain near 27th Street and Capital Parkway. Three children, ages 8, 10, and 13, were climbing on the fountain when an older man approached them and followed them as they left. The second incident occurred April 3 at a shopping center parking area near 11th and G streets.
