Nashville Predators center Ryan O'Reilly has started a children's music band called "Mac N Cheeze" with former teammate Kelly James. The band was inspired by O' Reilly writing silly songs for his children and attending a concert by children's musician Raffi. The debut album of Mac N Cheze is set to be released on April 11. The music was a hit with the children as it had a child-like perspective and provided characters to them. O’Reilly's musical abilities come from his father, Brian, who taught him to play guitar by watching YouTube. The duo signed a four-year deal with the Predators Music City in 2023.
