Hall of Fame third baseman Wade Boggs has revealed that he no longer has prostate cancer, two years after he was diagnosed. During a return to Fenway Park, Bogg's stated that early detection and testing made his recent news possible. He encouraged young men to undergo PSA tests and expressed his love for the Red Sox and his desire to stay with the team after former owner Jean Yawkey's death. Boggas played 11 of his 18 big league seasons with the Boston Red Sox, winning five American League batting titles and the 1996 World Series with the Yankees.
