Steven Sunshine, an award-winning TV and movie writer-producer, died from progressive supranuclear palsy at age 81. He often worked with his wife, Madeline, who is also a published children's author and playwright. Alongside Madeline Sunshine, they worked on several popular shows including "The New Odd Couple" and "The People Next Door". Additionally, they co-wrote the 1993 film "Son of Pink Panther" and performed a play in Los Angeles in 2015. Additionally, Sunshine was a founding member of the Creative Coalition and actively participated in providing accurate political information.
