The Holy Cross women's basketball team has won the Patriot League Tournament, beating No. 4 seed Lehigh 77-7. This marks the Crusaders' third conference tournament title in the last four seasons. Kaitlyn Flanagan was named tournament MVP after averaging 11 points, six assists, 1.7 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game. The team will now compete in the first round of the tournament in Ann Arbor, Michigan, against the Michigan Wolverines.
