Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is reportedly developing a Harry Potter-themed theme park, which will be the first to have replicas of both Hogwarts Castle and Diagon Alley in the same place. The park, described as the “Middle East’s first Harry Potter themed land, is currently under development and is the first park to feature Harry Potter attractions that aren't run by Universal. The expansion is part of a larger project to increase the location's footprint by 26% and is expected to cost between $545 million and $816 million.
