The warning follows warnings about possible exposures at four other locations, including a Portland emergency room and Safeway store, as well as two restaurants in Gresham and West Linn. It is unclear whether these warnings are linked to a new case or one of the 13 confirmed measles cases confirmed so far this year. Officials are urging anyone with symptoms to take precautions, particularly those recently exposed, and not to arrive unannounced at a doctor's office or urgent care clinic.
