Stanford Business Professors have written an 85-page academic paper on rotisserie chicken, analyzing when and how supermarkets should sell rotisseries chickens and other premade food to maximize profits and minimize waste. The author, who started taking a GLP-1 drug a year and a half ago, has found success by changing his lifestyle, including working out, watching what I eat, and eating a lot of protein. Rotisserie chickens are often inexpensive as they are often leftovers due to their lack of complex sauces or sauces. The paper also includes a 50-page online appendix.
