The death of 25-year-old man, Alexander C. Kavanowski, who was assaulted in Avondale in March, has been ruled a homicide by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office. An autopsy revealed that he died from blunt head trauma from an assault. The assault occurred at the intersection of Belmont and Harding avenues in Avidid.
