A wanted man, 43, was arrested at a Middleburg Heights intersection after falling down his pants and appearing intoxicated. Police found him bent over, indicating he had ingested fentanyl. The man was identified through artificial intelligence technology. Police also found what they believe to be narcotics and two hypodermic needles in his pants pocket. They were taken to The MetroHealth System in Parma and driven to Cuyahoga County jail.
