7-Year-Old In Car As Westchester County Driver Arrested On Felony DWI Charge In Putnam Crash: NYSP

A 37-year-old woman from Westchester County has been arrested on a felony DWI charge in Putnam County, New York, for potentially putting the life of a child at risk. The driver, Briana Giuliano, was found guilty of failing field sobriety tests and her blood alcohol level was found to be 0.20%. She was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated (0.18 or more), and several vehicle/traffic law violations.
