Cincinnati's newest restaurant, Zingaro, is set to open on March 24. The restaurant is located in Madisonville in the Madison Square development on Medpace's campus. The chef, who appeared on Bravo TV's "Top Chef," plans to celebrate regional dishes from his Italian roots in the restaurant. Zingar will have an open kitchen where guests can watch the staff shape and cut the hand-made pasta.
