Kenneth Beltrame, 67, has been charged with murdering his sister, 61-year-old Jennifer Beltram, who was found dead during a routine check at a residence in Sandwich, Massachusetts. The judge ordered him held without bail pending further psychological tests. He had previously indicated that he had ongoing depression and had thoughts of suicide.
