An American tourist, identified as 69-year-old woman, fell from the 29th floor of the Hotel Indigo Hong Kong Island in Hong Kong, causing seven people on the ground to be injured. The tourist had been battling depression and had stopped taking her medication in March, according to a police source. The impact of the fall caused glass panels in the hotel entrance to shatter, injuring six others, including a Chinese mom, 40, her sister, 77, and another woman, 89. The hotel, known for its "wrapped dragon" exterior, also received the Best Hotel Architecture award at the 2013 Asia Pacific Awards ceremony.
