Federico Nicasio Genao, a 69-year-old man from Paterson, is facing several charges related to assault on two autistic students on a school bus. The charges stem from an investigation by the Roselle Police Department. Genao was arrested on April 10 and charged with two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child by sexual contact and three counts of third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact.
