Police Investigating Fatal Shooting Near Elementary School

The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in Pikesville, Maryland, which took place around 5:25 a.m. on Thursday. The victim, 43-year-old Tyrone Luster, was found with a gunshot wound. The police are asking for public assistance in the investigation.
