Rudolph Raymond Infante, a 53-year-old teacher at Miami Southridge Senior High School, is facing four counts of battery and one count of offenses against students by authority figures. The arrest report details Infante's alleged actions, including inappropriate touching and kissing, which the student claims was out of love and endearment. The student claims she was afraid to resist because Infante was larger than her.
