Kentucky man arrested after police said he was riding horse while intoxicated

A Kentucky man, 48-year-old Jorge Luis Hernandez, has been arrested for allegedly riding a horse while intoxicated. Police found him partially slumped on the horse and he had a strong odor of alcohol and slurred speech. He was charged with operating a non-vehile vehicle under the influence of these substances.
