Georgia Southern grad talks Artemis II mission experience

Auston Netcher, a Georgia Southern grad who attended a career fair and attended a job at Amentum, is a contracted employee for NASA and has worked on the cryogenic team with liquid oxygen. He also writes all of the scripts for his liquid oxygen software team, which reduces manual manual manual labor. Netcher was hired in 2023 and has since worked on Artemis I and II and has also begun work for Artemis III and Artemis IV. He credits his experience to the crew of the Artemis II mission, which successfully returned to Earth after a 10-day mission that took humans longer than ever.
