'Supergirl' Will Feature David Corenswet's Superman in a Sort of Big Brother Role

Director Craig Gillespie has revealed that David Corenswet's Superman will play a significant role in the upcoming Supergirl film. The film will tie Supergirl to the DC cinematic universe and depict an older-sibling dynamic between the two characters. Gillespie also revealed that Supergirl will be shown "speaking Kryptonian" because she hasn't learned any earthly languages yet.
