Tornado touchdown confirmed in Northeast Ohio; thousands still without power

A small EF0 tornado has been confirmed in Wayne County, Ohio, causing significant damage to trees, buildings and property. The tornado touched down just before 10 p.m. and covered a tenth of a mile. It was part of a band of extreme weather that caused flooding and disrupted power for thousands of residents. Over 4,600 customers in Cuyahoga County were still without power late Wednesday night. The most powerful tornado was an EF5, which has sustained winds over 200 mph. No injuries were reported.
