A 17-year-old boy has been arrested on a murder charge for the shooting death of high school senior Martha Odom and the attempted murder of a 43-year man. The shooting occurred at the Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, shortly before 1:30 p.m. and involved two groups of men involved in a disagreement. Markel Lee, who turned himself in to police with his attorney, was charged with first-degree murder, five counts of attempted first-deward murder, and one count of illegal use of a firearm. The victim, Donnie Guillory, is in critical condition and several others were wounded. Police are also searching for another suspect in connection with the shooting.
