49ers’ Mac Jones does not have any NFL trade suitors — yet

The 49ers' backup quarterback, Mac Jones, has not yet found a market for him due to his $3.25 million salary. The team signed him a year ago to a two-year deal that gave them full control over his rights for the 2026 season. However, if San Francisco finds another No. 2 option for the right price, they may consider a third-round pick or higher. Jones, who had a successful season in 2025, threw 2,151 yards for 13 touchdowns and six interceptions across 11 games. Despite this, Jones has made some noise throughout the offseason, including a viral snowball fight in New York.
