Festival shooting plot suspect held without bond in New Orleans

Christopher Gillum, a former North Carolina law enforcement officer, has been extradited from Florida and ordered held without bond in New Orleans. He was arrested in April after authorities discovered he was wanted in Orleans Parish on a terroristic threats charge. Gillum is accused of planning a mass shooting at a New Orleans festival and planning to commit suicide. The alleged target is not yet identified.
