New research from Texas A&M University has revealed that coffee may help protect against the effects of aging and chronic disease. The study suggests that coffee compounds in coffee activate a protein that is involved in inflammation, metabolism, and tissue repair, which is linked to age-related diseases. This study is among the first to suggest this.
