EF-0 Tornado damaged buildings, toppled trees in Carroll County, Md. amid Monday's storms

A tornado caused significant damages in western Carroll County, Maryland during a severe storm system on Monday, according to the National Weather Service. The tornado, which was described as a 0 on the Enhanced Fujita Scale, stretched around 150 yards wide and reached up to 80 mph winds. The roof of a large outbuilding collapsed and a large agricultural sprinkler was damaged. No injuries were reported.
