Bryan Cherry, accused of murdering a Middle River woman and her grandmother in 2024, has accepted a plea agreement and will not proceed with the trial. As part of the deal, Cherry will plead guilty to the first-degree murders of Autumn Harvey and Iona Sellers. The sentencing date for these crimes has not yet been set. It took authorities two weeks to track down Cherry after a warrant was issued for his arrest for another violent crime.
