The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Director, SCott Kupor, believes artificial intelligence will help the federal government become more efficient and efficient. The agency has installed five Language Learning Models (LLMs) on employees' computers and given them a mandate to use them. Kupo, a venture capitalist who oversaw large-scale staffing cuts at OPM over the last year, sees this as a key to reducing time spent on "routinized tasks" and aiding in "career development".
