Labubu maker Pop Mart signs lease for Fifth Avenue location

A large retail lease has been signed for 680 Fifth Ave. at East 54th Street, with a 7,000 square-foot space reportedly held by Pop Mart. The new location will be next to Swarovski. The lease will fill several vacant storefronts in the East 50s. Meanwhile, the new Rolex headquarters at 665 Fifth Ave., a 30-story boutique-size office and retail tower, will open this fall.
