Oregon Ducks star earns national field athlete of the year honors

Pioneering Oregon track and field athlete, Peyton Bair, has been named the national field athlete of the year by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Bair had previously won the NCAA indoor championship after transferring from Mississippi State. He scored 6,503 points in the indoor championship, breaking the Oregon record set by Ashton Eaton.
