Security guard arrested after allegedly raping Akron federal courthouse employee

A security guard, Jason Simmons, has been charged with raping an employee at the John F. Seiberling Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse on April 9. The case is currently being investigated by the Department of Justice. The arrest occurred the same day as the alleged assault.
