The Nevada Women’s Film Festival returns for its 12th year at UNLV March 19-22. The festival includes 72 features, documentaries, and shorts, both live-action and animated. Highlights include Hollywood Post 43’�s Last Stand, a zombie thriller about the Auxiliary, and a surreal thriller from Brazil about domestic violence. The Heart Exhibit is about an artist who opens herself up with an expressive, symbolic exhibit and pays a price for her vulnerability when her art meets public scrutiny. Anxiety Club is about a stand-up comedy by Wendy Lobel, whose exploration of mental health is conducted through an unexpected lens.
