‘A Fire There,’ Set in a Remote Armenian Village, Boarded by Filmotor Ahead of Visions du Réel Premiere

Filmotor has acquired world sales rights to Marlene Edoyan's feature documentary "A Fire There," set in a remote Armenian village in southern Georgia. The film will have its world premiere in the International Feature Film Competition at Visions du Réel and its North American premiere at Hot Docs in the Canadian Spectrum program. Filmotor, which focuses on creative documentaries, will begin discussions with buyers during Visions del Réel in Switzerland from April 17 to 26. The Canadian production features cinematography by Etienne Roussy and editing by Omar Elhamy.
