Tai Tea House, a slow bar based on Japan's style of hospitality, opened in a storefront in the Columbus Park neighborhood in January. The owners, Saranya and Zach Hubbard, are trained bartenders from Thailand and have been hosting monthly pop-up events featuring Asian-influenced cocktails for three years. The tea menu includes creative tea concoctions and a selection of traditional small plates. The restaurant also features a collaboration with Café Ca.
