Christine Keilback was rescued after falling into a hole after returning home from the movies on Saturday, April 25. She was found shoulders-deep in a hole near her home in Winnipeg, Canada. Keilbacks was being dropped off by friends Lynda and Jeff Regan when she fell into the hole. Despite initially believing it was a missing manhole cover, city officials discovered that it was actually a previously removed catch basin and lead. After being rescued, firefighters removed a piece of metal that could have hit her when she was down, and permanent repairs will begin on Thursday, April 30.
