Anne Mahlum, founder and former CEO of the fitness program Solidcore, has been busy since selling her shares of the company in 2023 for $90 million. She has also welcomed her son, Elliott, and is currently working on a book. Mahlom shares her daily routine, including playing volleyball with friends and working on her book. She shares her thoughts about her future and future in business and life, stating that work comes third or fourth for her now. Her favorite food is a protein-heavy breakfast with eggs, egg white, cottage cheese, avocado, a piece of toast and some arugula.
