Crown Point senior guard Kingston Rhodes has returned from a knee injury that ended his senior year prematurely. The injury occurred during a game against Crown Point, where he and his teammates won back-to-back Class 4A regional titles. Rhodes had to undergo surgery after sustaining a torn meniscus in his left knee. He missed nine games and returned for his senior night game on Feb. 20. His twin brother, Kaiden, moved into the starting lineup each time he played. Crown Point coach Clint Swan expressed relief at seeing Rhodes playing again and said he felt blessed to be able to play in a sectional championship and a regional again.
