‘I’m going to kill you’: Portland man arrested, accused of shooting victim at gas station

Police have charged 44-year-old Diondray Jerome Jackson with second-degree attempted murder and other crimes. The incident occurred at a gas station in Portland on February 12. Police found a wounded man in the foot and identified Jackson as the aggressor. The arrest came after a further investigation led to Jackson's arrest.
