NJ Man Guilty Of Sexually Assaulting Teenage Girl

Jason L. Bailey, a man from Paulsboro, New Jersey, has been convicted of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, and fourth-degree refusal to provide a DNA sample. He committed the acts on Dec. 10, 2023 with a girl aged 13-16. If released, Bailey will have to register as a sex offender under Megan's Law and be subject to parole supervision for life. He faces up to life in jail.
