Man arrested for sex offender registry violations

El Paso police have arrested 47-year-old man, Jesus Alfredo Cuellar, for several counts of violating the sex offender registry. The charges stem from an alleged meeting with a 9-year old girl. Additionally, he is accused of failing to report required identifiers, including a new phone number, social media accounts, and an undisclosed amount of marijuana.
