Maria Del Alvarez-Concepcion, a Miami-Dade condominium association manager, has been arrested for allegedly forcing a vendor to pay $21,000 in kickbacks to keep his business at a local condo complex. The charges include kickbacks and solicitation, organized scheme to defraud, and second-degree grand theft. A tip led detectives to Alvarez's involvement in this case.
