The Chicago Bulls are dealing with a serious injury to guard Rob Dillingham, who has been sidelined for nearly five weeks due to a pair of ganglion cysts in his shooting wrist. Coach Billy Donovan stated that the team cannot work on Dillham's shot until he attends to the issue. The cysts are harmless but significantly impact the guard's range of motion, including the flexing and snapping motions necessary to take a jump shot. Despite attempts to treat the issue with injections, the team has not been able to cure the problem. This revelation is part of a series of injuries to key players acquired at the trade deadline. Despite acquiring seven players at the deadline, only four were considered future assets for the team.
