Eugene Mirman, the star of "Bob's Burgers" and voice of the show, is promoting his new comedy special, "Here Comes the Whimsy," which will premiere on YouTube on May 5. The comedy special was released a month after he was involved in a fiery car crash that engulfed his car with flames. Mirman sustained serious injuries and was transported to a hospital after crashing into a New Hampshire toll plaza on March 31. He was pulled from the wreckage by witnesses, including New Hampshire governor Kelly Ayotte, who was nearby. Despite the accident, Mirman was able to get back to work a week after it occurred. He credits his recovery to Fox and Disney for their support and expressed his love for standup.
